HelloZ
You know what’s funny about the weekend? Pre-kids it was the ultimate excitement. The world was your oyster. Want to go balls to the wall? Great. Want to veg out and do literally nothing? Possible. But now?? Not a chance. The weekend can actually be more work than the work week because now you’re also doing ‘all the activities’ and/or figuring what the said activities should be so that the kids have ‘something to do’. It’s exhausting!
You know what else is exhausting? Have a hubby who just had surgery on his shoulder. Thanks for all who have checked in, followed up, sent gifts(!!)…I know I have an awesome group of friends and followers here, but I didn’t realize just how amazing it feels to have *this much support* even if it’s virtual. So thank you for that. He’s doing better day by day and gets staples out on May 8.
Let’s just get into it, eh?
